A fine Tiffany French silvered Rococo Louis xv style grand console with mirror, hand carved and silvered with French silver foils and applied with black patina,
The domed top mirror crested with a seashell issuing blossoming garlands to the sides terminating with pine cone pendants on a hammered background frame terminating with an acanthus c-scroll works resting on a “D” shaped black veined marble top.
The “D” shape apron is ornamented with foliate and blossoming motifs and pierced center forming flowering ribbons.
The cabriole splayed” S” shape legs are headed with foliate motifs terminating with claw and ball feet which is carved to represent a bird's claw grasping a ball derived from the Chinese dragon's claw holding a crystal ball or jewel and joined by a curvy sectional hammered "X" stretcher centered with a coned urn.
