A Royal French late 19th Century Louis XVI style fifteen pieces Dining Room Set Masterpiece Reproduction after the original model by Joseph Stöckel and Guillaume Benneman which was executed for Marie-Antoinette-Josèphe-Jeanne the last queen of France before the French Revolution for the Salon des Jeux at Fontainebleau and the Château de Compiègne; the unique dining set is comprising of a grand dining table, ten dining chairs, pair of armchairs, grand buffet with mirror and one display cabinet; sans-traverse double veneer inlaid; exuberantly and beautifully ormolu-mounted with ormolu trophies of War and heraldic Roman Revival medallion, blooming acanthus leaves, oak-leaf frieze, royal bee emblem, ribbon-tied arrow-forms, X-bands, acorn finials, ormolu chandelles, leaf-and-dart strips, acanthus rosettes and raised on acanthus-sheathed hairy ormolu paw feet.
