A graceful French Régence style ormolu-mounted mahogany veneer inlaid grand Torchère Tripod Pedestal

The inset beveled and moulded marble top within a brass band above a double veneer inlaid three sectional circular cylinder body, each section is centered with ormolu musical instruments medallion mount within ormolu ribbon tied oval beaded frame bordered with another shaped beaded encadrement flanked to each upper concave side with an ormolu flower rosette. Each block between sections is ormolu adorned with a fine ribbon tied suspending foliage confronting a richly chiseled large ormolu laurel chutes applied to each leg;

The body is resting a tall cabriole slender S scrolled supports headed with a flower rosette issuing a scrolling acanthus leaf terminating with laurel leaves on the front part of the turning leg and a musical trumpet with rosette issuing acanthus leaf to each side. The supports are connected with a veneer inlaid shaped bottom tier ornamented with a hammered brass band.
